To be able to accomplish all our goals, it is very important that we are happy about ourselves. There are many factors that can make a person lazy, procrastinator, depressed and many other negative feelings that are just barriers for our success. A person will feel secure and energetic when the body is well nurished. That means an ideal amount of food intake that consist in a large amount of vegetables, light protein and carbs. Once you educate your body with a certain amount and quality of food, the excess will not be missed. Sounds beautiful, but the real life is quite different. If this would be so simple the obesity wouldn’t exist. Anxiety is the answer. How to control it? Probably nobody never found out in any of the miracle diets, but every person know yourself. Work with your obstacles and challenges is the fastest way for an answer. It is hard to follow a program for many reasons but maybe you don’t have too. Phsycologically wise the menus and programs make the person feel jailed. We need to feel free, even if it is only the feeling. How does it work practically? Example: Today you woke up and, like every overweighted person, you think. What will I eat today? Maybe you start your day with few pieces of pineapple, mango, apricots. Two hours later you can have your bagel. Try to feel free to choose and keep yourself busy with other tasks that will keep you away of “Food Mind”. That is the key. Be busy. Sometimes even people who work 12 hours a day are not “Busy” becasue they have a routine. Have a project for yourself or for others. Help someone, built something new. You can find the answers for everything once you look into your own world.
